Senior, Boys Basketball
Mitch led the Firebirds in rebounding in all three games played last week; Princeton, Lakota East, and Moeller. He has taken over team leadership in total rebounds for the season. Additionally, Mitch was the teams high scorer for the week, including West’s high total of 13 versus Princeton.
Ramiah Curry
Freshman, Gymnastics
Ramiah recorded the highest balance beam score achieved by a Firebird this season and matched the best beam mark recorded in the last four years by a Lakota West gymnast. Curry’s score of 8.70 was good for runner-up honors on that apparatus at this Friday’s Oak Hills Quad meet.
