Senior, Track and Field
Cedric was the only Lakota West winner, male or female, in the Rod Russel Mason Invitational Track and Field meet on Friday. Thomas won the long jump with a leap of 21’ 2” competing against a field of 23 schools. This follows his personal best of 22’ 1.5 “ attained at last weeks Wayne Invitational.
Allison Cummins
Senior, Softball
Allison had an outstanding six runs-batted-in in Monday’s win over Oak Hills thereby raising her career RBI total to 138, a new Lakota West and Lakota school district all time record. She helped power the Firebirds to five run rule wins last week while she continued raising this record with several games remaining.
