2018 Lakota West Boy’s Golf Try-Out Information
Try-out Dates: Wednesday, August 1st and Thursday, August 2nd
Check-In with Coach Conway: 30 minutes before first tee time in the clubhouse for paperwork drop-off and foursome assignments

First tee time is 7:45 am on Wednesday.
First tee time on Thursday is 12:15 pm
(GMC and Sectional Championships are played here)
FYI: We will most likely be playing from the BLUE TEES at least one of the tryout days. I would encourage everyone to play all sides to become familiar with the course.
**If you make the JV or varsity squad, we will most likely have a Parent Meeting on Thursday night (8/2) to fill out paperwork, pass out golf shirts/bags, and discuss expectations for the season.

Things you need to try-out:
1) A current physical and emergency medical form to turn in the first day of try-outs. This paperwork can be downloaded at lakotaonline.com
2) NO PHYSICAL/NO EMF = NO TRY-OUT
3) All other forms can be completed online using FINAL FORMS which can be found at lakotaonline.com
4) Contact Coach Conway (cell phone: 513-305-2723 or email: chris.conway@lakotaonline.com) to confirm a try-out spot. Please leave name, number and grade!!!
5) Proper golf attire/soft spike shoes required (golfers will walk 18 holes each day)
6) Cash for your greens fees each day
7) Cash for food/drinks
