    Summary By Bob Ashby:
This was a see-saw game against Tecumseh.  It saw eight lead changes and four ties before it was decided. West jumped out to a 10-0 advantage only to trail by five (33-38) at the intermission.  The Firebirds rebounded back into a 46-42 lead with a quarter remaining before pulling into a comfortable lead of 66-47 by the final buzzer.  Chance Gray was the games leading scorer with 20 points and had the top assist total with 9. Other double-figure scorers were starter Kailyn Dudukovich with 13 points and Jaydis Gales who came off the bench to contribute 12 points including two timely treys in the second half comeback.  Neveah Dean was forced to sit out half the game due to early foul trouble but still tallied the game-high rebound total of 8.  Lakota West now supports a 2-0 season’s record following two wins after hosting the Journey To The Tourney season-opening event this weekend.
