Lakota West Football National Signing Day Event Scheduled for February 3rd

Lakota West Athletic Department is hosting its Football National Signing Day event on Wednesday, February 3rd, the first day of the NCAA’s “regular” football signing period. The event will take place at 5pm (this is a change in the original time) in the Lakota West Auditorium. The event will be closed to ONLY athletes, coaches and their families. Masks and social distancing will be mandatory for all attendees. Due to Lakota West being a Covid vaccination location on this day, ALL signing attendees must enter/exit through weight room doors on the north side of the building. Any Lakota West football player (Class of 2021) who is making a signing commitment to participate in collegiate football is invited to participate in this event. Football hosted an “early” football signing on December 16th (link) and the “regular” signing period starts February 3rd. Lakota West will host an additional spring signing event on April 14th for any student-athlete who has not yet participated in a signing event.
