Mitch racked up 314 yards of total offense (214 pass, 70 rush) and accounted for three touchdowns (two pass, one rush) as the Firebirds flew past Mason, 28-7.

Lauren Mang posted a season best time of 19:31 for the West girls this past weekend. This time was good enough for 4th overall at The Celtic Clash in Dublin. Lauren’s leadership and guidance for her team are one of the big reasons for their success.
