Firebirds Rule the Greens: 2025 GMC Golf Champs!

The Firebirds soared to victory! 🔥 With a dominant wire-to-wire performance, the Lakota West boys’ golf team captured the 2025 GMC Golf Championship in commanding fashion. Their stellar two-day total of 588 strokes powered them to a 21-stroke win over rival Lakota East (609), while defending champs Mason finished third at 613.

Leading the charge was medalist Toku Fujiwara (137), backed by teammate Griffin Wullenweber (139) in second place. In fact, the Firebirds flexed their depth with three golfers finishing in the tournament’s top five!
