Drew Kay
Senior, Academic
Drew’s journey has been one built on growth, humility, and heart. Over the years, he’s worked quietly and consistently to become the kind of teammate every program values. When he found his role, he didn’t just accept it — he embraced it fully, understanding how important every piece is to the bigger picture.
His confidence didn’t come overnight. It was earned through steady effort, resilience, and a willingness to keep improving. Drew competes with composure and integrity, carrying himself in a way that reflects both pride and respect for the game.
What stands out most is the way he supports those around him. He leads through his actions, lifts up his teammates, and approaches every opportunity with gratitude. Drew’s growth and character have made a lasting impact on this team, and he represents Lakota West with class every step of the way.
Amara Moore
Senior, Academic
Amara has been the definition of steady and dependable throughout her time with the program. Over the years, she has grown tremendously—not just in her own performance, but in the way she carries herself and supports those around her.
This season, Amara truly stepped into a leadership role, helping guide and mentor the team’s newer players while continuing to lead by example. She consistently does things the right way, whether it’s in practice, competition, or representing Lakota West in the classroom. Her commitment, character, and willingness to pour into others make her a strong role model and a vital part of our team’s success.
