Broadus was a difference-maker in Lakota West’s dominant 3-0 sweep over Hamilton Big Blue! Broadus stepped up in a huge way, delivering all-around excellence with 6 kills on 11 attacks with ZERO errors, while also dishing out 19 assists to keep the Firebirds offense rolling.
He added 11 service points, 7 digs, and showed his versatility on every touch, helping power Lakota West from start to finish. Broadus’ leadership, efficiency, and playmaking were key in this statement victory.

The junior delivered pure dominance in the circle, throwing a PERFECT GAME against Middletown and leading Lakota West to an incredible shutout victory! In 5 flawless innings, Lyla allowed ZERO hits, ZERO walks, and struck out an astonishing 14 batters — with the only other out coming on a ground ball.
That’s right… 14 of 15 outs by strikeout. Total control. Total power. Total excellence.
