Training Room Hours for Facilities

Lakota West Main School Athletic Training Room
The location of the training room is on the lower level next to the varsity locker rooms. The athletic training room can be accessed from the ramp through Door 7. The athletic training room serves as the hub for all Lakota West Athletics.
Hours – 1:30pm until the conclusion of the final practice/event for the day

Firebird Stadium Athletic Training Room (Field House)
The field house athletic training room is located in the Field House at Firebird Stadium. This athletic training room is utilized during the fall (football/soccer) and spring (track and field/softball/lacrosse) sport seasons by Lakota West Athletic teams.
Hours – 2:30pm until the conclusion of the final practice/event for the day

Lakota West Freshmen Building Athletic Training Room
The Freshmen Athletic Training Room is located in the Lakota West Freshmen School. The athletic training room serves as the main location for all freshmen athletics during each season. The hours of operation are based on the athletic trainer’s coverage requirements for the day. The freshmen school athletic trainer also provides service to Plains and Ridge Junior High School, as well as assists with events at the high school.

Visiting Team Information
Lakota West Sports Medicine will have a Certified Athletic Trainer present on campus for coverage of all interscholastic competition. Visiting athletic trainers that travel with teams are welcome to use the athletic training room facilities in the preparation and care of their student-athletes.  The sports medicine staff will provide water and ice on your bench for all contests.

If visiting teams are travelling to Lakota West and services are needed (modalities), we ask that you contact the staff or send instructions on what needs provided to your student-athlete.  Also if they require taping we ask that you send supplies with your student-athlete.
