    Tom Bolden

    Tom Bolden is beginning his first season as the Firebird’s head coach after having led Colerain to twelve consecutive Greater Miami Conference (GMC) league titles or co-titles. His teams have had one GMC loss in 93 games. His overall win percentage has been 85.3% at the varsity level while at the Cardinal helm. He joins the Lakota football family after gathering 26 seasons of high school coaching experience at Northwest High School and Colerain High schools combined. This included 11trips to the state playoffs during his stint as the Cardinal Head coach from 2007 to 2018 with his 2018 team attaining Ohio Division 1 runner-up honors.
    He himself was a standout prep player for Colerain as a three-year quarterback posting winning records in each season.
    He graduated from Colerain, class of 1988, after earning additional varsity letters in baseball. He continued his playing days in both football and baseball while at Wittenberg University before graduating with a Bachelor’s degree in the class of 1993.
    With the Bolden’s, football has been a family project. Lisa Bolden will have been married to Tom 28 years this fall. They have four sons, Jake 32, Kyle 23 (on U.C. football roster) Luke 22 (on Miami of Ohio U. Football roster), and Mitchel 17 (Lakota West football roster)
    He also serves Lakota West as a Student Affairs Coordinator.
